Moses' experience cuts across working on exciting projects across various sectors in the UK, with a particular focus in development, commercial and residential real estate sectors and enjoys the sense of satisfaction of getting a deal done.

Elizabeth Ajala
Asset Director
Elizabeth Ajala has been investing in property professionally for over past 5 years. Before then she worked in Asset management companies for several years. She understands how important it is to invest in assets such as shares and properties. She understands how valuable it to build up wealth in order to be financially free.
Elizabeth holds a distinction in MSc Finance and Risk Management and consults for a fortune 500 company.

Kayode Ajala
Investment Director
Kayode Ajala is our Investment Director. He is also a Data Analyst and takes particular responsibility for analysing deal, structuring and negotiation. Kayode has worked across a broad range of property deals, with a particular focus of analysing floor plans for restructuring. He has comprehensive knowledge in the commercial and residential real estate sectors and has a passion of creating best-in-class real estate assets and delivering the highest possible service for our clients.

Home Design Director
Mary J is our Home Design and Customer Service Manager with over 15 years leadership experience. She works in the field of interior, and graphic design. She leads the business design development and building prototypes.

Investments & Relations Director
David Fawole is our Investor Relations Director. He has been investing in property for over 3 years and has vast knowledge and experience across various property strategies. David communicates with our partners, investors, and the general financial community to develop and maintain positive relationships with the business. David has helped our investors make the informed decisions in ensuring they receive the best deal and client experience throughout their property journey.

Garvin Okoror
Portfolio Director
Garvin Okoror is a budding property investor and experienced in sourcing lucrative property deals for off-hand investors. He specialises in residential and commercial portfolio-building. He is a civil and structural engineer and has lectured in various colleges and universities in the United Kingdom. Garvin's theoretical and practical knowledge of the construction and civil engineering industry has helped grow in the property business rapidly. Besides property investing, Garvin spends his free time supporting a team of community tutors that inspire children and teenagers to achieve better results.
