Moses Ajala has been in the property industry for several years. He is also a structures engineer, the knowledge he acquired has an engineer gave him an edge in decisions of properties to invest in. Moses’ experience cuts across working on exciting projects across various sectors in the UK, with a particular focus in development, commercial and residential real estate sectors and enjoys the sense of satisfaction of getting a deal done.
His current research interests include the clustering of economic activity, the evolution of cities and the causes and consequences of urban sprawl. His research has been published in leading economics and economic geography journals.
